It has been already mass producing the merchandises for Hybrid-Electric Vehicle application and it has a commercial achievement of 1.2 million cells sales. Currently, the collective effort of Hitachi, Ltd., as well as Hitachi Group is combined to aim in becoming a world's best company within the field of lithium-ion batteries for automotive application.

We are developing state-of-the-art battery technology focused on lithium-ion battery technology for automotive application and expanding the scale of the mass production as a member of Battery Systems Company in Hitachi, Ltd. since Apr. 2010.
