Design Development / Process Planning of Lithium Ion Battery

Will be in charge of the designing/development business of the lithium ion battery for HEV. High durability, long life span, high reliability and such are the key words of lithium ion battery. One of the following assignments will be appointed based on the evaluation of your previous experiences and abilities. Challenges in the areas where it was not possible with the previous consumer products will be required in the day to day business operations.

(1)Design Development

• Battery Material Evaluation/Analysys, Battery Designing, Electrode Designing, Battery Prototype, Battery Evaluation/Analysys
• Cost Reduction of Parts and Materials
• Battery Structural Design
• Battery Assembling Technology

(2)Process Planning

• Electrode Kneading/Coating Technology
• Battery Parts Welding Technology
• Battery Assembling Technology

To be hired as the employee of Hitachi group and will be transferred to Hitachi Vehicle Energy, Ltd.
Experiences and abilities will be evaluated and may receive favorable benefits based on our corporate provisions.

Approximate Ages between 25-40 years old.

• Person with some work experiences in either Designing/Development/Process Technology for the quantity production of Lithium Ion Battery.
  *It is possible for those individuals who have dealt with general alkaline battery and such consumer products to apply their experiences.

[Preferred Experience/Ability]

• TTOEIC 500 points or higher
• ISO/TS16949 related work experience.
• Customer Presentation Skills
